not sure i'd come back to support again
So, honestly, I wasn’t super confident by the time my calls with support finished. The people on the phone were friendly enough, but they sometimes gave answers that felt a bit too generic or didn’t quite address the specific problem I had with the dialer tool. It was like they were trying hard but maybe didn’t have all the details needed. Also, I had to wait a bit longer on the line than I’d have liked. The training itself was okay, but when I tried to get help the follow-through wasn’t as quick or clear as I was hoping. After all of this, I’m kind of wondering if I’d want to reach out to support again or just figure things out myself next time. It was a bit of a mixed bag, but not one I’m eager to repeat soon.
