Not sure but labels mostly made sense to me

When I was looking through the WFHI sales material and product labels before signing up, I wasn’t entirely sure if everything would add up logically, but reading it over and thinking through how it applies to my remote workflow setup helped. The wording wasn’t always super straightforward at first glance, and I found myself double-checking a few definitions of features, like how the automatic updates work or the distinction between the database and the calling tools. Yet, as I progressed through the onboarding and training, most of the labels and headings started making sense and matched the actual software functionality. I’d tell a friend that it’s fairly clear but requires a bit of patience in the beginning to get used to the terminology. There’s a definite logical structure in how they categorize things, but I wouldn’t say the initial sales wording instantly solved every question for me. I appreciate that they keep it mostly simple, though, and the telephonic support adds a chance to clarify when needed. So, overall, I feel like you get what the labels imply even if it’s not perfect right away.
