Not suited for those with odd working hours like me
I found the software completely incompatible with my actual work hours. I tried to access and use the platform several times outside the standard business hours, but the features wouldn’t function properly or the support lines were closed. This made it very frustrating because I work irregular shifts, and the access limitations severely impacted my ability to manage my workflows smoothly. The onboarding was rushed and didn’t cater to such needs, which leaves me dissatisfied. It feels like the product mostly suits people working a traditional day schedule, so if your hours are unconventional like mine, I wouldn’t recommend it. The software's lack of flexibility did not suit my particular circumstances at all and led to constant disruptions in my work routine, which was really disappointing.
