Not suited for those who want a straightforward payment process

I found the billing and payments process somewhat confusing because the steps were not presented in a sensible order, which I think would frustrate many users. Beginning with registration made sense, but then the invoicing details came later, which felt counterintuitive as I expected pricing clarity upfront. The signup process was separate and didn't lead me clearly to the payment options. It took a while to understand when I would receive invoices and what the payment deadlines were. Although the system eventually generated accurate invoices, the flow to reach that point could be improved. I appreciated that the telephonic support was available to clarify some confusing bits, and the automatic updates did not interfere with payment operations. However, the overall sequencing felt backwards, which slowed down my understanding. This might suit those who don’t mind experimenting or calling support often, but for someone who prefers a step-by-step and logically ordered payment system, I think it would be hard to adapt. The training training sessions barely covered these details explicitly, so you need to learn by experience. If your priority is a clear and linear billing process, this might not be ideal. On the upside, once I understood the necessary steps, the payments went through easily and I never faced any technical glitches during the process.
