Not suited for those who dislike repeated calls or waiting times

I found the pre-purchase experience to be rather frustrating due to the amount of waiting involved before getting clear answers. Initially, I tried to sign up quickly but ended up on calls that repeated the same information without progressing much, which felt like a waste of time. Some of the representatives appeared unclear themselves, which added to my confusion. While the software and onboarding explanations eventually reached me, it took too many follow-up inquiries to get there. If someone prefers a straightforward, no-nonsense approach where questions are answered promptly and with minimal repetition, this might not be the best fit. On the positive side, once I did engage with a more knowledgeable support member, they were polite and managed to clarify most things. But overall, the intermittent delays and repeating conversations made the process more cumbersome than necessary. For anyone who values speedy, efficient communication with minimal back and forth, the experience could feel quite inconvenient.
