Not suited for those wanting reliable support
I honestly feel quite frustrated with the support and communication side of the WFHI experience. Right from early on, when I had trouble with the dialer setup, I just didn't get the confidence that someone was really going to help me out properly. Telephonic support was patchy; sometimes I waited a long time to get through, and when I did, the advice wasn't clear or didn't really help my particular issues. The automatic updates seemed to make things change without much notice, which added to my confusion. For someone like me who expected clear guidance during onboarding, this was disappointing. I think it would suit someone already pretty familiar with remote workflow tools who doesn’t rely heavily on support or a smooth onboarding process. But if you want help when things get rough or expect to feel assured as you go, it might not work well. I just ended up feeling unsure and not confident that the system would work for me over the long term.
