I was really hoping to get started with the software quickly, but the onboarding took a frustratingly long time. It began with setting up the initial database, which was confusing and slow going due to unclear instructions. The training videos were lengthy but didn’t provide the specific answers I needed for the dialer setup. By the time I got through contacting support several times to figure out invoicing linked to my account, I lost a lot of motivation. For someone who needs to work fast and doesn’t have time for prolonged setup, this wouldn’t be the best choice. In my case, it felt more like a project than a simple tool to use.
