Not suited for those wanting a smooth start
If you are looking for a service where everything proceeds in a sensible and straightforward order, WFHI might not completely meet those expectations. The sequence of steps in the sales and pre-purchase phase felt a bit disjointed to me. For example, some of the initial information about software features and training was presented after I had already gone through parts of the onboarding process, which felt backwards. The sign-up and invoicing system worked fine, but it wasn't clear at first how the billing cycle would go or when updates were released. I can agree that the telephonic support was responsive once I reached them, so that was a plus in an otherwise confusing experience. For buyers who prefer to have everything laid out in a linear and predictable way before committing, this might not be the most suitable option. On the other hand, if you are okay with navigating some ambiguity and flexible timing, maybe you could manage well enough. Overall, the entire pre-sale organization seemed rather ad hoc and less intuitive than I had hoped.
