Not suited for those needing daily reliability in training
After a few weeks of using the training and onboarding tools, my experience was consistently disappointing. The software failed to perform as expected day to day, with frequent glitches disrupting the learning flow. The calling tools did not integrate smoothly with the database feature, which added to the frustration. Despite following the onboarding instructions repeatedly, the automatic updates sometimes made the interface confusing, rather than clearer. Although telephonic support was promised, response times were long and often did not resolve the issues. Users who require consistent and reliable daily training assistance might find this system unsuitable. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward, but the software stability and support failed to meet professional standards. In my opinion, this product needs significant improvements before being considered a workable solution for daily operational training and workflow management.
