Not suited for those expecting smooth onboarding
I initially thought the training and onboarding process would set me up efficiently, with most of the setup being a one-off task after which I could work independently. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. Unlike what I expected, the setup felt like a continuous slog. Each time I resolved one issue, another unexpected technical hurdle popped up — especially with the dialer and database synchronization steps. I anticipated a step-by-step training that allowed me to move forward easily, but instead the training seemed either too generic or overly complicated in places, leaving me confused about how to customize workflows. The automatic updates sometimes altered interface elements without warning and sometimes that disrupted my process, requiring fresh calls to telephonic support. Since these issues were ongoing, resolving them wasn’t straightforward or quick, which added to my frustration. In my opinion, this service might suit those very familiar with remote software workflows who can handle recurring challenges, but for someone looking for a smooth and mostly one-time onboarding, this isn’t the best fit. It requires patience and regular troubleshooting that might not be viable for everyone’s needs.
