Not suited for beginners without patience

From the very start, the sign-up process felt a bit confusing because the labels weren't very intuitive. When I tried to understand the pricing plans, the wording was somewhat vague, which made it hard to judge precisely what I was getting. The sales page jumped between different features without a clear sequence, so it took me a while to figure out what matched my needs. The invoicing system was alright and generated as expected, which I have to admit was somewhat helpful. However, the explanations around the automatic updates were not detailed enough for someone who is new to remote workflow software. I imagined the training services would clarify things, but even there, the labeling of modules seemed inconsistent. If you're an experienced professional who can figure things out on your own, it might suit you better, but for beginners wanting clear step-by-step guidance, this approach could be frustrating. The telephonic support was generally polite but slow to respond. Overall, the entire flow from exploring the product to getting started felt like it needed more clarity in wording and structure. I was left wondering if the hassle was worth it given all this. I think it might suit those who like figuring out things independently and don't mind some trial and error.
