Not suitable if you need a quick familiar system
My earlier remote workflow software was more intuitive and faster to access. Signing up with WFHI was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear invoicing process, but the software itself felt less user-friendly compared to what I was used to. Initially, the database feature was hard to navigate, and it took me several days to feel somewhat competent with it. The onboarding and training materials were available, but I found them not very detailed for someone switching from a different platform. The dialer was clunky and occasionally lagged during calls, which disturbed my routine. Automatic updates happened occasionally, sometimes interrupting my workflow. I did try getting telephonic support but found the instructions hard to follow on the phone since they seemed scripted and rushed. Overall, I believe this system might suit someone who is starting fresh with remote workflows rather than those migrating from a different, simpler tool. The experience was frustrating at times and did not match the smoother transition I hoped for after previous use of other software.
