Not suitable for those who work odd hours or flexible shifts

I found that the software and access system did not fit well with my actual working hours. Since I work at unorthodox times outside regular business hours, the automatic updates often conflicted with my preferred usage times, leading to disruptions. The dialer tool was less responsive when I used it at late hours, which hampered my workflow. Also, the database feature seemed designed more for standard 9-to-5 schedules, making it harder to organize tasks efficiently during my shifts. The onboarding was straightforward but did not include much information on handling non-standard hours effectively. Support was reachable but I found their telephonic assistance didn’t fully address the challenges of my unusual schedule. Overall, this setup wouldn’t suit someone with highly flexible or unconventional work hours because many system parts expect a more regular timeframe, limiting true remote flexibility.
