not suitable for those wanting smooth help when things go wrong

The experience with WFHI's training and onboarding when problems arose left much to be desired. To start with, my expectation was that any issues encountered during setup or use would receive prompt and effective assistance. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I faced trouble with the dialer tool disconnecting calls intermittently, I reached out for support but got delayed and somewhat generic replies that did not solve the core issue. The training materials didn't cover troubleshooting steps clearly, so I felt stuck and unable to independently resolve problems. This made the entire initial phase frustrating and inefficient. Automatic updates seemed to add little benefit since no comprehensive guidance accompanied them, leaving me unsure about changes made behind the scenes. Despite the sign-up and payment processes being straightforward, the lack of responsive support and detailed training for problem scenarios meant the system seemed better suited for users who encounter no complications rather than those needing reliable help. Hence, I would not recommend it for beginners or anyone expecting smooth onboarding with guaranteed responsive problem-solving support.
