Not suitable for those used to more interactive onboarding
From my experience, the training and onboarding offered by WFHI felt quite rigid and did not match well with what I was used to. Previously, I had worked with platforms where onboarding included live interactive sessions and had more tailored assistance that helped me understand the workflows deeply. Here, much of the training was recorded and somewhat generic in tone, which made it hard to stay engaged or seek clarification on specific points. It felt like they expected users to perform a lot of self-study without much opportunity for immediate feedback or personalized help. The database tutorials were basic and didn’t go into the complexities I needed to manage my workflow effectively. Though the automatic updates ensured I stayed current, they did not provide explanations for changes that affected how I used the software. The calling tools worked fine but were not introduced in a way that felt integrated into the broader remote workflow training. The sign-up, invoicing, and payment steps were clear but routine, offering no special support in case of questions. Overall, I think this would not suit anyone who thrives on hands-on and interactive onboarding support. It felt like an inefficient use of my time given my prior experience.
