This training and onboarding experience did not meet my expectations. It was not clear or easy to follow, and I struggled to understand how the software components interacted. I expected more structured guidance but found myself quite lost early on. If you prefer a step-by-step clear system, this might not suit your needs. The calling tools and dialer were confusing initially, and no real assistance came through on time. Clearly, this model depends heavily on self-exploration, which did not work for me. The lack of immediate, hands-on support left me frustrated. For users needing straightforward, guided onboarding, I would not recommend this setup. It simply did not provide what I assumed it would.
