Not suitable for those expecting easy set up without assistance
I found the software difficult to access and did not work well on my computer. The sign-up process was confusing and I had to contact support multiple times just to get basic functions working. The calling tools and dialer did not operate reliably, which disrupted my workflow completely. Even with telephonic support available, the answers I received did not solve the persistent problems. I would likely need further help next time to even operate it minimally. The database feature that was supposed to aid in organizing contacts was not very intuitive. The automatic updates sometimes caused crashes rather than improvements. Based on my experience, this software would not suit someone who prefers minimal guidance or quick start without technical help. It felt like more troubleshooting was required than actual productive use, which was disappointing overall.
