Not Suitable for Quick Access Needs
I found the software quite difficult to navigate when trying to locate specific features necessary for my remote workflow. Despite following the onboarding instructions, I struggled to find essential tools without excessive searching and trial and error. The database feature, in particular, was not intuitive for me, and automatic updates seemed to rearrange sections without clear explanations, which added to my frustration. This product might suit those who have more patience and familiarity with complex software or perhaps for businesses with dedicated IT staff. However, for someone like me who needs quick access and straightforward functionality, it was more time-consuming and confusing than helpful. Also, the calling tools and dialer didn't integrate as seamlessly as I expected, increasing the learning curve. While the onboarding flow promised smoothness, in daily use, the software felt unorganized and overly complicated. I believe if prioritizing easy and fast software access, another solution might be better. The telephonic support was polite but didn’t provide much help resolving my issues efficiently, leading to my overall dissatisfaction.
