Not Suitable for People with Irregular Hours
I went into the training and onboarding hoping it would fit my schedule well, but that was not the case. The scheduled sessions were mostly during regular business hours, which didn't align well with my working hours that often extend into late evenings. While the content itself seemed comprehensive and explained most workflows in detail, the fixed timing made it difficult for me to attend live training calls or receive immediate support on operating the software. Although recorded materials were available, they lacked the interaction I found necessary to clarify doubts effectively. The onboarding's pace also seemed intended for a more standard day rhythm, whereas I needed a more flexible approach. In the end, while I did learn some useful features eventually, like the use of the dialer and the database functionalities, the mismatch with my active hours diminished the overall benefit. For someone working typical daytime hours, the training might be suitable, but for more irregular schedules like mine, it was frustrating and not very practical to follow.
