Not suitable for my working hours
The software didn’t quite match the timings I usually work. Their system updates and access permissions seemed to assume a fixed schedule that competes with the hours I’m available. Trying to use their calling tools when my shifts changed became difficult because of limited realtime access flexibility. Although the software itself was stable and the database feature worked well during standard hours, it did not accommodate my irregular work pattern easily. So in short, while functional, the software was somewhat mismatched with my personal hours and didn’t sync well with how I actually work each day.
