Not Suitable for Beginners Who Need Simple Labels
I want to say straight away this software wouldn’t suit someone like me who prefers very simple, straightforward wording on the interface. At first, I was excited to try it because the features sounded promising, but as soon as I started using the dashboard, I got confused by the labels. Many terms didn’t match what I normally expect in software, and explanations weren’t very clear or intuitive. Trying to figure out the calling tools and how the dialer worked took way longer than I expected. The training was there but felt more technical than just practical guidance. I think if you are comfortable with complex setups and terminology, this might be okay. However, for beginners or those wanting simple access and easy navigation, the wording and labels would likely be frustrating and make it hard to use regularly.
