Not suitable for beginners expecting simple setup
Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this software for someone who expects a very straightforward setup with minimal technical knowledge. The sign-up process was as expected, simple enough, and the payment invoicing was clear. However, the training assumed a baseline familiarity with workflow software which I did not have, making it challenging to follow. The calling tools require some patience to properly configure, and the database management feature was more complex than anticipated. Telephonic support was limited in its capacity to resolve advanced questions promptly. Despite the automatic updates, which I appreciated, the overall experience felt frustrating because it did not match my expectations of simplicity. This product would be better suited for those with some prior experience who can invest time learning rather than beginners seeking quick onboarding.
