Not so smooth, but dialing system was okay
Looking back now, I realize the software access sequence wasn’t very intuitive from the start. The steps felt jumbled and not really in a sensible order. First, I had to sign up, which was straightforward enough, but then the access to calling tools came before fully setting up the database feature. It made me confused because I wasn’t sure if I needed all training done before dialing. I think separating the training more clearly from the software access would have helped. What did stand out positively was the dialer tool itself; once I got to use it properly, it was functional and reliable on calls. However, the upfront process to get to that point was frustrating because the interface prompted me multiple times for settings that should have been grouped better. Also, getting telephonic support to clarify queries took longer than I expected. Reflectively, if the sequence was designed cleaner, it would have saved me time and made me less hesitant the first time I logged in. So overall, the access steps were a challenge but the dialer showed potential when it worked.
