Not responsive at all

I tried contacting them multiple times but got no proper response back. It was frustrating because I wanted to understand the product before buying, and every time I messaged or tried calling, the replies were either very late or didn’t address my questions. I was expecting at least some help or guidance to figure things out, but it felt like nobody was paying attention to my queries. When I finally got some message, it was vague and didn’t help. I kept hoping that next time it would improve but no, it remained the same. I feel like my time was wasted trying to follow up with people who didn’t seem interested in helping potential customers. So to put it simply, if responsiveness matters to you, this won’t be a good experience. I really wanted to check their software properly but couldn’t because support was too unresponsive and inconsistent.
