Not really suited for quick casual users
I expected the software to be a bit more intuitive based on the initial descriptions, but it didn’t turn out that way for me. Accessing some of the calling tools and navigating the database felt more complex than I was prepared for. The automatic updates changed some settings unexpectedly which disrupted my workflow. Although the sign-up and payment were straightforward, I feel this product may be better suited for users who are ready to invest time into learning the system rather than someone wanting immediate ease of use. The telephonic support was okay, but not something I found especially helpful in resolving the difficulties I faced with day-to-day access. In short, I wouldn't recommend it for someone looking for a simple plug-and-play remote workflow tool.
