Not really for those who need hassle-free access
I had high hopes for this software, especially because I depend heavily on uninterruptible access to work remotely. Unfortunately, my experience was quite frustrating. The initial setup was fine, but as soon as things went wrong, the software didn’t handle issues gracefully at all. For example, when I lost connection during a dialing session, the system didn’t recover well and I had to restart multiple times. I tried reaching out to telephonic support, which was responsive but not able to fully resolve my problems in time. The onboarding flow seemed disjointed, leaving me confused about accessing certain features like the database. I can see this software working well for some users who maybe have more patience or are technically adept, but for anyone needing quick and fluid access without hitches, this is probably not suitable. I do have a small reservation about whether my connection might have been a factor, but overall, this didn’t meet my expectations for continuous remote workflow.
