Not really for those who need a clear step-by-step

I went through the training and onboarding with WFHI expecting a sensible order to the steps involved, but found it somewhat disorganized. The initial signing up and payment confirmation was straightforward enough, and that got me started quickly. Next came access to the software and the database, which was fairly intuitive, though there was little guidance linking these features to practical workflows. The dialer and calling tools revealed to me the core utility, but the training on these steps felt jumbled. Sometimes I was thrown into using the dialer before fully understanding the database setup, which caused some confusion. Automatic updates and telephonic support were introduced seemingly at random points. For someone who favors a carefully planned sequence from onboarding to regular use, this approach may disrupt learning momentum. On the other hand, if you’re comfortable figuring things out as you go and exploring features independently, some flexibility here is fine. Overall, it’s useful software, but the onboarding’s arrangement wouldn’t suit those who prefer clear stepwise progress to feel confident they aren’t missing important parts along the way.
