Not really for those looking for hands-off support
Day-to-day support varied quite a bit; sometimes I found responses to be timely and helpful which I appreciated. However, other times the communication lagged, making it hard to rely on. The software itself ran fairly well, but occasional glitches popped up that needed calling support. For someone like me who prefers a lot of hand-holding, this setup might not suit well since you need to be fairly self-sufficient. If you're comfortable troubleshooting some issues independently, then it could work fine. But mostly, the inconsistency in assistance would be a downside for many users.
