not really for folks who want quick, straightforward setup
Honestly I found the whole setup process kinda all over the place which might be ok if youre used to juggling a lot of software steps but for someone who wants something quick and easy, ye software might not be the right fit. Signing up was fine and invoicing worked as expected but the dialing tools and database setup felt like they needed a better sense of order. There were times I had to jump back and forth between steps and figure out some things on my own which could be frustrating. If you enjoy digging into details and dont mind a little trial and error, then this software could suit you, otherwise it might not match your style. Overall it works, par thoda zyada effort lagta hai jo sabko theek na lage.
