I was looking forward to using the WFHI software, but the whole experience felt a bit off. The initial setup was confusing, and I really struggled to understand some of the features. I did manage to get through the sign-up process, which was straightforward enough, but the onboarding wasn't as clear as I expected. I’m not sure if I’d want help again next time since I still have many questions about using everything effectively.
