Not Quite What I Was Expecting, But Okay I Guess
When I first signed up for the training and onboarding with WFHI, I had certain expectations based on their initial information. The onboarding process was somewhat straightforward, and I appreciated the clear steps to set up my profile and get familiar with the software. However, the training sessions felt a bit rushed and not as detailed as I had hoped. Some parts of the software, especially the dialer tool, were only briefly touched upon, leaving me to figure out the nuances on my own later. On the other hand, the automatic updates did seem helpful as they kept the interface fresh without needing manual effort. I guess if you’re new to this kind of remote workflow software, this could work fine, but I expected a bit more depth based on what I read beforehand. So overall, the experience was mixed, a bit underwhelming but not a total disappointment.
