Not quite what I hoped, but it gets some things right

I was expecting this software to streamline my remote workflow better based on what others said, but honestly it felt like a step back from the tools I had been using. The initial sign-up was straightforward, which was the one positive I could find; setting up my access went smoothly and the invoicing process was clear and simple to understand. However, once onboarding and training began, I ran into trouble. The training sessions seemed generic and didn’t fully address the specifics I needed for my sector, which left me feeling underprepared. When I started using the calling tools and dialer, they were reliable enough during the first couple of days but quickly became glitchy, causing delays that disrupted my schedule. I also tried incorporating the database feature into my workflow, yet it didn’t integrate well with my existing system, leading to more manual work than I anticipated. The promised automatic updates didn’t significantly improve the features I was struggling with and sometimes even introduced more confusion. On the bright side, telephonic support was accessible and seemed willing to help, though the solutions offered were often generic and didn’t resolve the core issues. In summary, while the payment process and initial setup were simple and effective, the overall experience with the software left me doubtful about its ability to handle the kind of workflow I had hoped to manage effectively.
