Looking back now, I realize the software wasn’t really what I expected based on the initial information I got. The setup steps felt overly complicated and some features seemed less intuitive than promised. The dialer worked okay, but only after some fiddling with settings that weren't clearly explained anywhere. On the plus side, I found the database feature decent enough once I got around to organizing my information properly. Overall, it didn’t match the smooth image that was painted beforehand, especially with how clunky the onboarding felt. I had imagined it would be more seamless and user-friendly, which made me a bit frustrated. While automatic updates did bring some improvements, they sometimes interrupted my workflow unexpectedly. I’m generally cautious with software that overpromises and underdelivers, and this ended up feeling like one of those cases. I don’t regret trying it but wouldn’t say it lived up to the expectations I had going in.
