Not quite what I expected but some useful parts
I had some hope that the training and onboarding with WorkFromHomeIndia would really set me up smoothly, but overall, I found the experience a bit underwhelming. Initially the course promised easy steps to mastering the dialer and database features, but it felt slower and more repetitive than I thought it would be. Some parts of the training seemed helpful and gave me a basic understanding of the software, but I expected clearer explanations and a faster pace. The sign-up and payment side was straightforward, which was a plus. Also, the telephonic support was polite, though it sometimes took a while to get through when I needed help. The software does keep updating automatically, which I liked because it meant fewer things to manage myself. Still, the onboarding process overall didn’t match the smooth journey I had anticipated, and I found myself wishing it was a bit more user-friendly from the start.
