Not quite clicking on how ongoing help worked

So, I was pretty unsure throughout the whole sales and pre-purchase phase with WFHI's software. At first, I thought that once I signed up and went through training, I'd be good to go without much hassle. But the moment I was actually trying to see what kind of ongoing effort was needed, it kind of didn't click. Like, I wasn't fully clear on what was just a one-off setup and what parts required continuous attention afterward. Sometimes the sales folks would mention ongoing support, but it was hard to say how much time or effort that would actually need from me. I kept going back and forth on this point in my mind because it felt important. The training seemed thorough in going over the software’s functions, the dialer, and database features, but in reality, I was wondering how much extra tweaking or help might be necessary down the line. The onboarding felt like it was mostly a one-time thing, but I'm not convinced that was the whole story. So overall, the moment it truly clicked that continuous involvement could be significant just didn't arrive for me. I guess if that had been explained better upfront, I would have had clearer expectations. Instead, it just felt a bit vague and made me question if I'd commit to using it fully.
