Not quite as expected, some parts fell short
The product seemed promising during the sales pitch, but after my purchase, several features didn’t match what I expected based on the descriptions. For one, the dialer interface felt less intuitive than suggested, and I struggled with the database synchronization early on. The onboarding materials were helpful but didn’t fully prepare me for the software’s quirks. I do acknowledge that the automatic updates did improve functionality somewhat over time, so there was some progress. However, overall I found the experience disappointing and lacking in some key promised aspects, which makes me hesitant to continue without improvements.
