not impressed with software glitches tbh

Let me just say this: the software giving me trouble was the biggest pain. I signed up thinking everything would be straightforward but getting logged in properly was a mess. Sometimes the dialer wouldn’t connect, which meant my calls were disrupted a lot during the week. The database feature felt clunky and it kept freezing, which slowed my work down when I was trying to organize contacts. It’s like, you expect premium paid software to just work, right? The automatic updates didn’t really fix these issues either, I’m guessing they maybe even made some things worse. Honestly, I had to call support multiple times just to figure out if it was on my end or theirs, and while the people were friendly, the solutions weren’t super helpful and took time. Sign-up and paying the invoice was easy, at least, no complaints there. If I had to explain this to a friend, I’d say it’s frustrating tech that mostly gets in the way, with the occasional moment where it worked okay. Definitely not what I hoped for when buying something that’s supposed to help me.
