Not ideal unless you're ready to dig in on your own
From my experience, the sales and pre-purchase communication felt quite minimal and required a fair amount of problem-solving on my own. I was hoping for a clearly guided walkthrough or a more straightforward explanation of what to expect when buying the software and training, but much of it felt like I had to piece together information from different sources. On the plus side, the trial versions and demo dashboards were accessible which gave some tangible idea of the software’s interface. However, understanding how features in the dialer and database integrated with my remote workflow had to be figured out without much hand-holding. This meant a steep learning curve unless you are self-motivated to experiment. I would say this offering is better suited for those who are tech-savvy and comfortable with ambiguity rather than beginners seeking comprehensive pre-purchase guidance. The invoicing process was transparent enough after signup, and telephonic support was responsive once I contacted them, which I granted was helpful. Thus, the lack of explicit onboarding before purchase holds it back for many, limiting initial ease of access and creating some frustration on who exactly it’s designed for.
