Not ideal if you work outside regular Indian hours
I found the support hours offered by WFHI quite limiting for my work schedule, which is mostly outside the typical Indian business hours. While the telephonic support was helpful when available, it didn’t really match the hours I do most of my work. This meant waiting quite a bit before I could get through to someone with answers or assistance. That made onboarding and immediately resolving issues slower than I needed. The calling tools and dialer themselves function well once set up, but setting them up required assistance that wasn’t easy to get at unusual times. The payment process and invoicing were straightforward, and the automated updates kept the platform running smoothly without needing much intervention. So if your work overlaps with standard hours, you’ll find the support system adequate, maybe even good. But for someone like me who prefers flexible, late, or early shifts, this was a drawback. The database feature was efficient and integrated well into my workflow but couldn’t compensate for support timing frustrations. Overall, I think this would suit users on more conventional schedules best and might not fit well with highly irregular or round-the-clock hours.
