Not Ideal If You Need Quick Responses
Looking back at my experience, I have mixed feelings about WFHI’s pre-sales communication. The salespeople were not particularly responsive to my initial questions, which made me unsure about the product for a while. I remember waiting several days before hearing back, which could be a problem if you’re someone needing quick answers or a more urgent setup. On the plus side, when they did respond, the information was accurate and useful, so that was appreciated. I think their approach might suit buyers who prefer to take their time and research slowly rather than those who want rapid, back-and-forth dialogue. It somewhat impacted my onboarding pace since I wasn’t sure when exactly I’d get assistance. Overall, if responsiveness is key for you, this might not be the best fit, but if you can be patient, it can work okay enough in the end.
