Not ideal if you need a smooth, sequential software onboarding

I have to say my experience with WFHI's software and access process felt quite disorganized for someone like me who needs a clear, sensible order. From the start, the sign-up was straightforward, but beyond that, the onboarding steps felt scattered and not well connected. Trying to set up the calling tools and dialer came before I fully understood how to access or manage the database feature, which caused confusion. Automatic updates happened without warning and seemed to disrupt my workflow rather than support it. The invoicing and payment steps were the only parts that followed a decent sequence, but by then I was already frustrated. Telephone support was available but didn’t always clarify the correct order to follow, which left me feeling unsupported in a crucial phase. I think this system might not suit users who rely on clear, progressive training and a well-ordered introduction; it might work better for those who are comfortable figuring things out by trial and error. Overall, I found the steps too jumbled and the lack of coherent flow made it harder to fully engage with the software.
