Not ideal for those with irregular hours
I found the training and onboarding process provided by WFHI to be rather mismatched with my actual working hours. The sessions were scheduled in a way that didn’t offer much flexibility, making it difficult to attend without interrupting my daily commitments. While the content itself was relevant and useful, the timing really didn’t suit people like me who work in varied shifts or who prefer asynchronous learning methods. The onboarding flow seemed quite rigid, emphasizing live calls and real-time support that I couldn’t always avail. For those who maintain a regular 9-to-5 schedule, this could work fine, but if you have more unpredictable hours or other responsibilities, this might turn out to be frustrating and inconvenient. I also noticed that documentation was not sufficiently detailed to compensate for missed sessions, which added to the challenges. All things considered, I would advise against this training for anyone who requires a more flexible learning pace or does not wish to commit to fixed schedules consistently.
