Not ideal for those who expect seamless sales support
My experience with WFHI's sales and pre-purchase support was somewhat rocky. Initially, I had high hopes based on what I read on their site, but when I tried to clarify some doubts before signing up, the response felt slow and not very helpful. The process started with an inquiry form, and the follow-up call took longer than I anticipated. I faced some confusion because the information about software features was not clearly outlined during calls. When a technical issue arose during the demo, it seemed like there was no immediate fix or clear workaround offered at that time. For someone who wants a smooth, detailed, and immediate handholding experience during purchase decisions, this might be frustrating. However, I admit the system itself was comprehensive, and the training materials provided later were useful. So if you prefer to figure things out independently after signing up and don’t mind some initial bumps, it could work. But for people who rely heavily on pre-purchase guidance and quick resolutions to questions, WFHI’s support in this phase could leave you wanting more.
