Not ideal for those needing smooth daily billing
I found the billing and payments system unreliable for day-to-day use. While the initial sign-up was fine and I could generate invoices, ongoing access to billing details was clunky and sometimes unresponsive. Automatic updates seemed to disrupt or rearrange parts of the interface, making it unpredictable what I would see after logging in. The telephonic support was polite but couldn't resolve issues promptly. I wouldn’t recommend this setup to anyone who needs straightforward daily management of payments. It might suit those who only check invoices occasionally but not users dependent on constant billing oversight. The database and calling tools functioned alright, but billing remained an obstacle throughout my usage.
