Not ideal for people wanting quick fixes
The sales and pre-purchase side of things seemed a bit too rigid for someone wanting a seamless and easy experience. When some of the information was incorrect or unclear during sign-up, I found it frustrating they did not have a straightforward way to fix these issues immediately. The help available was limited and sometimes contradictory which made the whole process more difficult. I would not recommend it to someone who needs things to run smoothly from the very start. On the other hand, if you prefer to spend time figuring things out yourself and don't mind delays, it might be okay. The system lacks flexibility when problems arise. They could improve by having clearer instructions or real-time support during the sign-up and initial inquiry process. In practice, the way errors were handled felt like pushing the customer back and forth rather than providing efficient assistance.
