I had high hopes for the WFHI software and access procedures, but found that explanations were not as clear as I thought they would be. The initial onboarding gave me a general overview, but when it came to detailed features like the dialer and database integration, I was left somewhat confused. The training materials assumed a certain level of prior knowledge and didn’t break down some concepts that would be essential for new users. This made it difficult for me to navigate the software confidently in the beginning stages. I believe this product could work well for those already familiar with remote workflow tools, but for someone looking for complete clarity and stepwise guidance from scratch, it might not suit. Despite this, I did appreciate that when I reached out for support, the responses were thoughtful and tried to clarify what I asked, even if it took a few exchanges. However, the initial gap in clear, accessible information was the main barrier for me.
