Not Ideal for Beginners but Functional for Those Who Can Adapt
My experience with WFHI's support and communication was a bit of a mixed bag. Initially, I found the setup to take longer than expected because the onboarding flow assumed a fairly technical background, which I lacked. That meant I had to spend extra time contacting telephonic support to clarify certain features, especially concerning the database integration and using the dialer effectively. However, once I passed that steep learning curve, the software did do the job I needed it to do: managing remote workflows. The automatic updates usually felt non-intrusive, which was a plus, and the invoicing process was straightforward enough after I got the hang of it. But the wait times for phone support could be a drawback for users who need immediate assistance. I would say this software suits those who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting and have some technical familiarity, but it might not be the best for someone new to remote workflow tools or who needs quick startup guidance.
