Not ideal for anyone with irregular or specific hours

Not ideal for anyone with irregular or specific hours

In my experience, the onboarding and training process from WFHI did not align well with the hours I actually work. The training sessions were scheduled in fixed blocks that didn’t suit my fluctuating daily routine, meaning I often missed parts or had to catch up later by myself, which wasn’t always easy. While the software itself is comprehensive, the timing of the initial setup and support calls felt rigid. It seems better suited for people with standard nine-to-five availability rather than those with varied or limited windows for learning and support. I found that the automatic updates sometimes arrived during hours when I wasn’t available to adjust or ask for help, creating a bit of a disconnect. Additionally, the onboarding flow assumed continuous availability and responsiveness, which was difficult for me. I think this service could fit well for those whose schedules allow for dedicated time slots but would be challenging for anyone working outside those ranges. In my case, the mismatch between training hours and my real-life schedule made adapting to the software and processes less smooth than I hoped.
