Not great, but maybe okay for some

Honestly, the setup felt like one big hassle. They explain the beginning stuff okay, but most of it is one-time only. Once you get the dialer working, there’s not much ongoing training or support to help you improve or fix new issues except calling on support, which can be slow sometimes. I felt like the onboarding was just a checklist you tick once and then you’re left to figure things out on your own. The automatic updates they promised didn’t seem to change much for me in actual workflow, which was a bit disappointing because I was hoping for more improvements without added work. Database features are there but integrating them into daily use felt like a task on its own without clear ongoing help or frequent training sessions. On the plus side, sign-up and invoice stuff was pretty simple and direct. So I guess if you are okay with figuring out most of the software alone after the basic training, it might be fine. For me the lack of continuous guidance made it harder and honestly I wouldn’t say it’s very user-friendly for someone who wants steady support beyond the first few days. Telephonic support is there but it felt more like a last resort than a help I could count on regularly.
