Not good if you want quick easy setup
I tried to explore the WFHI platform because I thought it might suit what I needed, but honestly, I found it quite tough to find what I wanted easily. The sales info and pre-purchase details were a bit scattered, and I spent a lot of time searching through different sections just to figure out how to even start setting up the software. If you are new to these things and want a simple and speedy onboarding, I think this is probably not the right fit for you. The interface for signing up and understanding the billing wasn’t very intuitive for me either, which added to the frustration. What I can say is that once I managed to get through the initial confusion, the training materials are clear enough. Still, this product looks better suited to people who have some patience and maybe prior experience with similar platforms, rather than those who expect everything at a glance. Support was okay when I finally reached out but didn’t save the overall experience which felt much more complicated than I hoped for.
